This is a shop for infrastructure, not a managed service. If you want someone to plan it, run it or fix it, you want a managed IT provider. Alien IT does that work, and it is a separate business with its own plans and its own prices.

Buying a server here does not come with someone watching it. That is the trade: you get the price on the page, and you own what runs on the machine.
Questions people ask before they buy
What does a cloud server cost?
A cloud server is from $88 a month, ex GST. A dedicated machine is from $330 a month. Business web hosting is from $27.50 a month. Every price is on the pricing page, not behind a form.
Where are the servers?
In Australia. Data held here is covered by Australian privacy law, and traffic from Australian users does not cross an ocean twice before it reaches you.
Do you manage the server for me?
No. Alien Cloud sells the machine, the space and the name. If you need someone to plan it, run it day to day, or fix it when it breaks, that is Alien IT, which is a separate business with its own plans.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Prices are indicative and ex GST, and your fixed quote comes after a free consult.
Can I move an existing site or mailbox across?
You can move it yourself onto hosting bought here. A managed migration, where someone else does the move and owns the outcome, is a project, and projects are Alien IT's work rather than ours.
